If that's the case, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it. No hoops to jump through, no awkward questions, just send it back to us and we'll sort it out. Once we receive the cap in its original condition, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. If you'd rather swap it for a different style or color, we're happy to help with that too (as long as it's in stock). Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Reshape while damp and leave to air dry. Never put it in the washing machine or dryer, it will damage the shape and the cotton.
