We want you to feel completely confident about your Artless cap. If it isn't quite what you expected, whether it's the fit, the style, or simply a change of heart, we're here to make things right.

If that's the case, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it. No hoops to jump through, no awkward questions, just send it back to us and we'll sort it out.

You'll just need to cover the return shipping costs, and please note that original shipping fees aren't refundable. Once we receive the cap in its original condition, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. If you'd rather swap it for a different style or colour, we're happy to help with that too, as long as it is in stock. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through artless.club.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days from the day you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To cancel in time, send us a clear statement before the fourteen days are up. Any unambiguous message works. A plain email saying "I want to cancel order #1234" is completely valid. Here are two ways to do it, neither of which needs a login.

Write to us with your order number and a line telling us you would like to withdraw. That is all we need.

You are never required to use this. It is simply here if you would like a ready made template. Copy it, fill in the blanks, and email it back.

Once we receive your notice, we confirm by email and send return instructions. Please post the cap back within 14 days of telling us.

We refund the full price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the cap back, or from the moment you show us it is on its way, whichever is sooner. Refunds return to your original payment method, with no fee. A cap should come back unworn and with its tags.
